No Wednesday Practice on the 21st

Hi Blessed Practitioners,

With Thanksgiving next week, so many people will be out of town or otherwise unavailable that we will not be holding Wednesday evening group practice on the 21st. Please enjoy your time with your family, friends or with your own wonderful self. It's a great opportunity to practice compassion for all sentient beings through meditation, reflection or outward acts of loving kindness.

Following is one of the most common Buddhist dedication prayers said before meals. How better to thank the Unsurpassable Three Jewels for your precious human existence and all the blessings of this life than by offering a beautiful, lovingly prepared meal.

Cheers,
Bill Pope
