If you can't attend the luncheon but would like to make a donation to the fund to purchase a Buddha rupa for the sangha shrine, you can make a pledge to the fund through email and mail a check. Any donation is appreciated and will be a great way to support your sangha and build a deeper connection with the Dharma.

The luncheon is sponsored by Norbu Samphel and his wife Dolma with the hope that it will also provide an opportunity to begin a Purchase Fund for attaining a large statue of Lord Buddha for our sangha shrine. We welcome and appreciate any donation however large or small to accomplish this goal!
Over the past year, there have been many changes to our sangha. We have moved into a new location, and we have welcomed our own resident teacher to Chicago. Drupon Dorjee-la is a highly accomplished lama with great integrity and over seven years of retreat experience. He has been providing us with wonderful teachings and guided meditations on a regular basis for almost one year! In May, Khenchen Konchog Gyaltshen named Drupon Dorjee-la to be Spiritual Director of Chicago Ratna Shri Sangha.
