Dear Friends,
As most of you know, Drupon Rinchen Dorjee will be leaving Chicago next Thursday, January 28th to begin his position as retreat master for the 3-year retreat at Garchen Institute. We want to wish him all the best during the months he will be away, and we look forward to his return in May for our second annual Saga Dawa teachings. Chicago Ratna Shri's full 2010 schedule will be sent out within the next week.
So, in honor of Drupon Rinchen Dorjee and Chicago Ratna Shri, we will be having a party next Wednesday, January 27th starting at 6:30pm. Bring a small dish to pass if you'd like. Or, just bring yourself! We hope that Drupon's students and friends can come and join this send-off with good food and even better company.
I'll keep you updated in case details change before next Wednesday. I'll also send out a reminder e-mail next week. Hope to see everyone there!!!
