19th. John R and I have been having very engaging practice as well as
interesting discussions about practice experience and carrying
practice into day to day life.

As an aside, if you think you may participate in the Milarepa
teaching and practice weekend with Drupon Rinchen Dorjee-la in
August, you might consider reading Milarepa's biography beforehand.
There are various copies available. Milarepa is one of the most
important lineage masters for all the Kagyu sects. His is a fantastic
story that will deepen your appreciation and enjoyment of the
practice. (Personally, it was my first introduction to Tibetan
Buddhism.)
